Escudo is an open model. Everything in this section — the crest, the signs, the stickers, the documents — is for any village or group of neighbours to download, print and adapt. There’s no permission to ask and no need to start from scratch: the design work is already done, and it’s shared.

These materials are the visible face of the Red Escudo. A sign at the village entrance, a plaque on a wall or a sticker in a window all say the same thing: here the neighbours are organised, and they respond fast. That’s the only deterrence Escudo wants — organisation, never a patrol — and it also tells anyone who needs help that the network exists.

What you’ll find here#

• Signs and stickers — the network’s physical signage: the window sticker, the wall plaque and the village-entrance sign, with photo mock-ups of how they look in place and the files to produce them.
• Printable documents — the print-ready files and, soon, the Charter, the sign-up sheet and the pocket protocol to hand out in person.
• Visual identity — the crest and its variants, the colour palette and the typefaces, with the few rules for using them well.

How to use them#

Adapt them freely: change the village name, adjust the contact phone numbers, or translate whatever you need. All we ask is that you stay true to the essentials of the model — community response, immediate notice to the authorities, never a patrol and never singling out people — so that a Red Escudo is recognisable from one village to the next.

The crest’s icons come from Material Design Icons (Apache-2.0 licence), free to use. The rest of the materials are shared under the same terms.
